VISA INFORMATION
Consult (1) if you require a visa to enter the territory of the Republic of Peru. Persons holding common passports from countries that are NOT included in this list require a visa to enter Peru. In this case, you must go to the Peruvian Consulate. In (2) you can find the list of consulates by country.
It is recommended to count at least 15 days before the trip with the following documents:
NOTE: Those participants who have flights with stopovers in other countries are recommended to be informed about the possible need to obtain a transit visa for those countries.

WEATHER
The Conference will be held in April (during the autumn in Lima) when the temperature normally varies between 17°C and 25°C and humidity is relatively high, but comfortable.

CURRENCY
The official currency in Peru is the Sol. To exchange foreign currency for soles, you can go to banks (from 09 am - 6 pm.) or exchange houses (from 09 to 19 hrs.). The exchange rate is fluctuating, although quite stable. You can check the updated quote by clicking here.
